Holiday Feast Reheating Instructions

These items may be warmed in a conventional oven or microwave oven. If using a conventional oven, transfer items to oven safe dishes. If using microwave oven, remove lids before warming and cover with wax paper or paper towel. For best results, we recommend warming your ham or turkey in a conventional oven. Please note that all the times and temperatures stated are only approximate and will vary with quantity and equipment. Heat all items to an internal temperature of 165°F. If not heating and eating immediately after pick up, keep refrigerated until ready to heat.

Turkey or Ham | Oven 40 min. at 350°F | Microwave 8 min. on high

Mashed Potatoes | Oven 40 min. at 350°F | Microwave 6 min. on high, stir at 3 min.

Stuffing | Oven 40 min. at 350°F | Microwave 6 min. on high, stir at 3 min.

Green Bean Medley | Microwave 8 min. on high, stir at 4 min.

Gravy | Microwave 4 min. on high, stir at 2 min.

Cinnamon Apples | Microwave 2 min. on high, stir at 1 min.

Dinner Rolls | Oven 5 min. at 350°F

WE RECOMMEND CHOOSING EARLY MORNING ON FRIDAY 12/24 OR SATURDAY 12/25 FOR A FASTER PICK-UP PROCESS!
WE WILL HOLD YOUR ORDER FOR ONE HOUR AFTER SPECIFIED PICKUP TIME.

CAN I PICK UP MY FEAST HOT?

Due to the large volume of orders during the holidays, all feasts, sides, can only be picked up cold and will require heating.  Hot individual holiday meals are for in-restaurant dining only or takeout.

DO I NEED TO STORE MY PIE IN THE REFRIGERATOR?

Cream and Meringue pies should be stored in the refrigerator.

CAN I MAKE modifications TO MY PIE OR FEAST?

Yes, all modifications and cancelations can be done yourself through your online account a day before pickup.  Make sure before you place your order that you have made an account and have signed in to place your online order.  We cannot accommodate special requests during this time due to the large volume of orders. This includes swapping sides out in a feast. However, you can add additional sides to your order.

I NEVER RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL.

Please be sure to check your junk folder. If you still can’t find your confirmation, then call the restaurant and leave a detailed message, choose prompt 5 to leave a message in the general mailbox.

I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER OR CHANGE THE PICKUP TIME OR DATE.

Unfortunately, we can’t change an order once it’s placed. You will need to have signed into your account, then to orders, and there you can modify or cancel your order a day before pick-up.  If you did not make an account and need to modify the date, then you will need to cancel the order and place a new one.  Just email guestservices@cocosbakery.com and we will forward that request to the restaurant. Please note that refunds can take 3-5 business days to process and post back to your bank account.  When emailing, give online order number to cancel and the NEW online order number.  This needs to be done a day before scheduled pick-up.

IF I DID NOT MAKE AN ACCOUNT HOW CAN I CHANGE ITEMS IN MY ORDER.

We are not able to alter items in an order. If you need to change your order, you will need to cancel your order by emailing guestservices@cocosbakery.com with details of your order a day before it is scheduled for pick-up.  We will then send to the restaurant to cancel.  Then, place a new order with the correct items.  Make sure to place a new order before you cancel as supplies are limited and you may find we are out of the items for your new order.

IS YOUR DINING ROOM OPEN ON CHRISTMAS?

Our dining rooms will be open on Christmas Day at all locations except Pismo Beach and Flagstaff. We are offering Holiday Turkey or Holiday Ham dinners with all the holiday fixings along with our regular menu.  We also will have a limited amount of pies for walk-in purchase. Please check our website for our holiday hours.

CAN I PAY WHEN I PICK UP MY PRE-ORDER?

To ensure a faster pickup process for our guests, all pre-orders must be prepaid. Our stores will have a small amount of pies for walk-in purchase on the day of Thanksgiving, but it is recommended that you pre-order to ensure you get the pies you want.  Please note that there are supply shortages, but our goal is to try to accommodate all our guest’s preorders.  However, these shortages may be beyond our control.

DO I NEED TO PRINT MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?

Providing us with a printed copy of your order confirmation allows us to expedite your pickup process. We highly recommend bringing a printed copy when you come to pick up your order!

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, you can cancel your order 24 hours or more in advance. Once your order is placed, your payment method will be charged in full. Refunds take 3-5 business days to post back to your account.

WILL I BE REFUNDED IF I DON’T PICK UP MY HOLIDAY ORDER?

Since pre-ordered items are made to order, we do not issue refunds for these items.

WILL YOU BE OFFERING HOLIDAY DINNERS?

Yes, we will be offering holiday turkey or ham dinners for dine-in or take-out.  Our holiday dinners include:

Holiday Turkey Dinner (Prices range from $15.99 to $16.99):  Hand-carved turkey, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, turkey gravy, green bean medley, and a roll.

Holiday Ham Dinner (Prices ranges from $14.99 to $15.99):  Hand-carved ham, cinnamon-apples, mashed potatoes, turkey gravy, green bean medley, and a roll.

HOLIDAY FEASTS INCLUDE PIE.

Our take-out holiday feasts include pie.

HOW LONG WILL YOU BE TAKING PRE-ORDERS?

We will be taking preorders as long as we have the product. After the closing of online orders, we will have a variety of pies for walk-ins until we sell out.

DO YOU TAKE RESERVATIONS FOR DINE-IN FOR CHRISTMAS?

We do not take reservations for Christmas.

I AM HAVING A HARD TIME GETTING ANYONE TO TAKE MY PRE-ORDER AT THE RESTAURANT?

Due to the heavy call volume, there may be a slight delay in getting ahold of a team member at the restaurants.  There is a general mailbox setup at each restaurant to leave a detailed message and get a call back.

I DON’T SEE THE PIE I WANT TO ORDER ON-LINE?

If you do not see the pie you want to order, that means that pie is sold out this year.

WILL YOU BE SERVING PRIME RIB FOR THE HOLIDAYS?

Yes, we will be serving prime rib on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and News Year’s Day for in-restaurant dining.
