Q: WHAT IS COCO’S REWARDS?
A: Coco’s Rewards is Coco’s NEW membership program that gives guests the ability to earn points with every purchase. Members can earn points by placing an order online at Cocosbakery.com, ordering through the Coco’s Rewards app, or after scanning the barcode on the bottom of their receipt when dining in. Points can be used to redeem available rewards. There is no cost to join and anyone over the age of 18 who creates a Coco’s Rewards account is eligible to participate. You can learn more about the perks of membership at Cocosbakery.com/rewards

Q: HOW DO I CREATE A COCO’S REWARDS ACCOUNT?
A: You can create a Coco’s Rewards account by downloading the Coco’s Rewards App or by visiting Cocosbakery.com/rewards. You can choose to sign-in with Facebook, Apple, or create an account with your email address. Enter the required information to complete account creation. Upon account creation, an email welcoming you to Coco’s Rewards is sent to your email address. If you were a member of our previous Café Club Rewards program, you must verify your email address using the link in the welcome email to transfer your points and begin receiving benefits of Coco’s Rewards. Users with unverified accounts will not be able to transfer their points to Coco’s Rewards and receive benefits.

If you encounter difficulties while registering for your Coco’s Rewards account, please do the following before attempting again. First, check your internet connectivity to ensure you have a strong internet connection. Second, if you are on a mobile device, please switch from Wi-fi to a cellular connection or vice-versa. If you have an Android device with an Ad Blocker enabled, please disable this, and you should be able to log in again.

Q: WHY IS MY PASSWORD NOT WORKING WHEN I TRY TO LOG INTO MY ONLINE ORDERING ACCOUNT?
A: We have recently upgraded our customer portal. Please choose sign up again using the same email address and/or phone number you used previously to migrate over any points or rewards. Still having problems? Contact us at Cocosbakery.com/contact-us

Q: DO I NEED TO JOIN COCO’S REWARDS AGAIN IF I’M ALREADY AN E-CLUB MEMBER?
A: YES! The Coco’s Rewards program is an upgraded experience from the E-Club. The only way to earn rewards going forward is to create a new Coco’s Rewards account when you download our app or join online at Cocosbakery.com/rewards.

Q: HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR COCO’S REWARDS?
A: There is no cost to join. The best way to sign up is by downloading the NEW Coco’s Rewards app through the Apple App Store or Android Google Play. Once it has been downloaded, create your account to sign up.
If you don’t have a smartphone, you can also sign up for Coco’s Rewards online by visiting Cocosbakery.com/rewards.

Q: HOW DO I EARN POINTS?
A: For every dollar you spend on food in-restaurant or when ordering online, you will automatically receive 1 point when paying your bill. Alcohol, tax, gratuity, tips, transaction fees, purchase of gift cards, lottery and any other promotional discounts are excluded from earning points

Ordering online: You will automatically earn points when you place an order through the app or your online account at Cocosbakery.com. Just make sure you are logged in to your account and not checking out as a guest.

Dining in or Takeout: To earn points for dine-in or takeout, scan or type the barcode found at the bottom of your receipt into the app or our online portal within 14 days of purchase. You can also provide your phone number or email address to a Coco’s team member before checkout to earn points.

Q: DOES THE PURCHASE OF GIFT CARDS COUNT TOWARDS POINT PROGRESSION?
A: Coco’s Gift Cards count toward your Coco’s Rewards points only when they are used, but not when they are purchased.

Q: WHAT IF I FORGOT TO CHECK IN AT THE REGISTER?
A: If you forgot to check in with a Coco’s team member, don’t worry! You can scan or manually enter the code found at the bottom of the receipt, by selecting “Earn Points” in the Rewards section of the app, within 14 days of your purchase. You can also manually enter the code online at Cocosbakery.com/rewards, when you login to your account and select “Earn Points.”

Please Note: If you already checked in with a Team Member, then the code at the bottom of your receipt will not allow you to check in again.

Q: HOW MANY RECEIPTS CAN I SAVE AND SCAN LATER?
A: You can scan up to 2 receipts per day. All receipts must be submitted within 14 days of your purchase.

Q: WHY DO I NEED TO CHECK-IN OR SCAN MY RECEIPT?
A: This allows us to know when you visited and how many points to put into your Coco’s Rewards account. It also helps us to get to know you better so you can receive personalized, surprise rewards.

Q: WHY DID I RECEIVE AN ERROR MESSAGE SAYING MY RECEIPT WAS ALREADY SCANNED?
A: You likely already received your points for this visit because you redeemed a reward, gave your server your phone number to check-in for you, or you ordered from us online using your rewards account. Check your account history to see if the points for this receipt are in your account. If you don’t see your points, please contact us at Cocosbakery.com/contact-us and include your receipt code when you contact us.

Q: HOW DO I EARN REWARDS?
A: See all the ways to earn rewards listed below:

Earn Points: For every 100 points you earn, $5 Coco’s Reward dollars will be awarded to your account. Rewards can’t be used for alcohol, tax, gratuity, purchase of gift cards. If you reach 100 points on your current visit, you’ll need to wait until your next visit to use your reward. Limit of up to $25 of accumulated rewards dollars can be applied per order/visit. Every so often we may surprise you with spontaneous rewards just for dining with us!

Complete challenges: Challenges are a sweet way to earn additional sweet treats. If you purchase 5 Coco’s Pie Shakes you’ll get the 6th free. If you purchase 12 whole pies, you’ll get the 13th free. New challenges may occur throughout the year.
Refer your friends and family: Refer your friends and family to Coco’s Rewards by sharing your invite code with them. After someone joins using your invite code and makes their first purchase, you will be awarded $5.

Q: HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN I RECEIVE A REWARD?
A: You can view your rewards at any time through the app or online by selecting “Rewards”. If you are subscribed to email, you will receive email notifications when you receive a reward from a local Coco’s. If you have enabled push notifications and text messages, you may also receive a push notification or text for any new rewards.

Q: HOW DO I REDEEM REWARDS?
A: There are a few ways to redeem your rewards:

Ordering Online: Available rewards can been redeemed at checkout using a drop-down menu when you order through our mobile app or log in to your rewards account when ordering from Cocosbakery.com. Limit one reward per order. Limit of up to $25 of accumulated rewards dollars can be applied per order.

Ordering at the Restaurant: If you have our mobile app, you simply need to choose “redeem” on any reward and you will receive a unique redemption code that you can present to your server or cashier before checking out. Mobile app redemption codes expire after 90 minutes, and any rewards not redeemed in time will be returned to your account.

When using our online portal at Cocosbakery.com/rewards, before you visit us, choose banked rewards or other rewards, select the reward you want to redeem during your visit, print the unique redemption code that is provided to you. Online redemption codes expire after 24 hours, and any rewards not redeemed in time will be returned to your account.

Q: HOW DOES THE BIRTHDAY REWARD WORK?
A: We want to celebrate with you! At the beginning of your birthday month, your rewards account will be loaded with a complimentary slice of pie with purchase of any entrée. You’ll have the entire month of your birthday to use it before it expires. We’ll also send you an email letting you know your birthday reward has been loaded to your account. If you are a new member registering during your birthday month, your free slice of birthday pie will be loaded upon joining for you to enjoy.

Q: DO MY POINTS OR REWARDS EXPIRE?
A: Inactive accounts that haven’t been used within a 12-month period will be subject to point and rewards dollars expiration. Welcome, birthday, challenge, and surprise reward expiration dates may vary. Please refer to any rewards in your account for expiration details.

Q: HOW CAN I CHECK MY POINT BALANCE AND UPDATE MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION?
A: Log into your account at Cocosbakery.com/rewards or by downloading the Coco’s app for Apple or Android in the app store. Here you can view all your point transactions, rewards and update your personal information.

Q: CAN I SEE MY TRANSACTION HISTORY FOR MY REWARDS ACCOUNT?
A: Yes, you can view your transaction history online or through the Coco’s App. If you wish to view your transaction history online, simply visit sign in to Cocosbakery.com/rewards and select “account history”. To view your transaction history through the Coco’s App, select “more” then “account history”. If you have not transacted with Coco’s Rewards to date, your transaction history will have a note stating no recent transactions.

Q: HOW DOES THE APP WORK?
A: Download the free app through the iOS or Android store to track your points, rewards, place an order for pickup or delivery, find a Coco’s location and view our seasonal menu. See “how do I earn points” and “how do I redeem rewards” for more details on the other app features.

Q: WHO DO I CONTACT IF I’M HAVING PROBLEMS WITH MY ACCOUNT?
A: If you’re having issues with your account, please contact us at Cocosbakery.com/contact-us. All inquiries will be responded to in the order received.

Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF I UNSUBSCRIBE TO REWARDS EMAILS?
A: We encourage you to stay connected to us! Unsubscribing from Coco’s Rewards emails will result in loss of future Surprise and Delight rewards and Birthday Slice of Pie. Members may opt back in by contacting us at Cocosbakery.com/contact-us.

Q: WHAT OTHER PERKS WILL I RECEIVE FOR BEING A MEMBER OF COCO’S REWARDS?
A: As a member of Coco’s Rewards you’ll receive invitations to participate in double point promotions (earn rewards faster!), birthday rewards that get better the more you visit us, exclusive promotional offers only for Rewards members, spontaneous rewards just for dining with us and more!

Q: WHO CAN JOIN COCO’S REWARDS?
A: Anyone can join who is 18 years of age or older and is a United States resident.

Q: HOW DO I CHANGE MY COCO’S REWARDS ACCOUNT?
A: You have two options for changing your account information:

Mobile App: Sign into our mobile app, select “more”, then select “profile”.

Online: If you would like to edit your Coco’s Rewards account, please sign in visiting Cocosbakery.com/rewards. Select “Edit Profile” button. From this page you can view and update your profile information.

Q: WHY CAN’T I UPDATE MY BIRTHDAY ON MY PROFILE?
A: For fraud prevention reasons, guests are not allowed to update their birthday after joining. If you made a mistake, please contact us at Cocosbakery.com/contact-us for assistance.

Q: HOW DO I DETERMINE IF I HAVE MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS?
A: In order to determine if you have created multiple accounts, we suggest you consider the following possibilities:
Have you logged into the Coco’s App with more than one email address?

Have you used social login (Facebook or Apple), but previously used an email address and password to login? If so, you may have inadvertently created another account if your Facebook or Google accounts were created with a different email address than the email address used to create your Coco’s Rewards account.

In order to validate which account you are logged into:
Visit the more section of the app, and choose “Profile” or log in to Cocosbakery.com/rewards and select “edit profile”.
Locate the email address assigned to your account
